Hyperion Galleries is not a gift shop. It is an archive built on a simple belief: the artifacts of our imagination deserve the same reverence as the fine art of the old world.
We act as the archivists of theme parks, collecting the drafts, dreams, and reality that built the parks we all know know and love. Located in Winter Garden, Florida, we operate just down the road from the magic itself. We specialize in rare items, we preserve theme park memorabilia, and preserve artifacts.
Joshua Benesh Founder & Principal Curator
Joshua Benesh is the mind behind Hyperion Galleries. He is a veteran of the high-stakes world of fine art. He knows collectibles. He brings over a decade of executive leadership to the gallery.
Joshua works as the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel for Heritage Auctions. Heritage is a titan. It is the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer. Joshua provides strategic direction for the company. He drives growth. He has overseen some of the most significant pop-culture sales in history. He knows how to handle the heavy hitters.

His background is rigorous. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School. He studied at the University of Oxford. He began his career as a litigator at Munger, Tolles & Olson. He served as a federal judicial clerk in the Southern District of Florida and the Fifth Circuit.
This is not just a resume. It is the foundation of the Hyperion Standard. It is a serious approach to provenance. It is a focus on authenticity that is often missing in fandom.
“We don’t just sell objects. We steward history. It might be a rivet from a retired submarine. It might be a concept sketch for a ride that never was. Every item at Hyperion is treated with the care of a museum artifact.”
Collectors trust us. Here is why.
